Vuescan 9
Before scanning films:
1. build up scanner icc profile (IT8/Q60)
2. find out film base under "positive film" and "scanner profile"
Scanning:
1.INPUT: positive film + lock filmbase + mulit-exposure + multi-scanning ( 2 times is enough, I don't see the big different between 2 and 16 times. This also keep the scanner life longer :D )
2.COLOR: film base (red, green, blue ) + scanner icc profile
3.OUTPUT: 48bit RGB RAW
4.Preview
5.CUT: adjust positions
6.Scan
7.adjust curves ( white and black ) in PhotoShop or Photo Elements
8.run ColorNeg transfer
